Outlook 2010 hangs and you cant kill the process OUTLOOK.EXE!

We’ve recently installed Office 2010 on one machine to test it. Outlook 2010 freezes or hangs and becomes unresponsive. A process called outlook.exe is stuck and cannot be killed.

I’ll try and find a solution, and of course, I will present it here.
